Welcome, to CONNECT’s new International Web Forum.

This online, global Forum has been almost a dozen years in formation before the launch of our updated, re-vamped website early in 2013. A rather long incubation, in this lightning-paced electronic age. But its inauguration comes as a response, after 11 years of work inside Afghanistan by our organization, Afghan Women Leaders CONNECT, to the question everyone is asking now: What will happen to the country, particularly to the vulnerable citizen population, and to the hard-won advances made for women and girls, when NATO withdraws its forces in 2014.
